Your Lessons
Your initial one-on-one introduction to Classical Pilates will entail teaching you how to use the apparatus and to ensure you are moving correctly.
At W Studio we want you to get the most out of your training, so it is fundamental for you to learn the basics. Never underestimate the power of the basic work! Building strong and stable foundations is key.
As you progress you are continuously challenged by new exercises, new apparatus and new experiences.
The benefits of Pilates are so broad, not only building strength, control and increased flexibility, but also improving concentration and general well-being.
All lessons are 55 minutes, to ensure all equipment is fully sanitized prior to the next client.
