There is absolutely no ‘one size fits all’ approach to W Studio Pilates. YOUR workout will be what YOUR body needs.
A lot of imagery suggests Pilates is mostly done on a mat, however the real work and real change occurs using the apparatus.
The studio includes Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High barrel, Spine Corrector, plus additional small apparatus and mats.
Pilates can sometimes feel intimidating, but I’m here to welcome every person that chooses W Studio. You will always feel comfortable, yet challenged!
